Entry and Award:

1. This Contest will begin at 9:00 a.m. ET on July 27, 2015, and end when the winners are announced at 11:00 a.m. ET on August 31, 2015 (the “Contest Period”).

2.  To enter, participants must catch and bring their catfish into Gander Mountain, located at 3602 South US HWY 41, Terre Haute, Indiana, during their regular business hours. Gander Mountain’s regular business hours are as follows: Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m.-9:30 p.m. ET, Saturday 8:00 a.m.-9:30 p.m. ET and Sunday 9:00a.m. -8:00p.m ET.

Fish submission begins at 9:00 a.m. ET on July 27, 2015 and ends on at 9:30 p.m. on August 28, 2015 at Gander Mountain.  All submissions must be received by 9:30 p.m. on August 28, 2015 in order to be considered for the prize(s). A photo of all submissions will be required, and will be posted on the contest page on www.mywabashvalley.com. Participants must also submit their name, phone number and e-mail at the time their catfish is photographed and submitted. Participant’s failure or refusal to have a photo taken of their catfish by Gander Mountain will result in disqualification. Photos taken by others and/or not taken by Gander Mountain will not be accepted.  By submitting an entry, the participants give WAWV, WTWO, and the other Sponsors all rights to the photo of their fish, including but not limited to the right to broadcast, publish, distribute, stream, and/or display the photo (and all content within the photo) in any media whatsoever, in perpetuity, without further payment or authorization from the participant. Photos that do not comply with the photo restrictions below (as determined by the Sponsor(s) in its/their sole discretion) will be disqualified.  Entries not conforming to announced entry specifications or these rules will not be acknowledged or returned.

3.  Each entry must be a catfish caught by the entrant, and each entrant must follow all fish and game laws.   The fish will be weighed and measured in length at Gander Mountain.  Each participant can submit more than one catfish during the entry period, but only the largest will be entered for the prize. Entries that are not weighed by Gander Mountain will not be accepted.

4.  Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received and the size/weight of the participants’ entries. By entering this Contest, participants agree to www.mywabashvalley.com’s Website Terms of Service and the use of their personal information as described in www.mywabashvalley.com’s Privacy Policy.

There will be three (3) winners in this Contest (1st Place, 2nd Place, 3rd Place), based on the top three catfish that weigh the most.  The catfish entry with the largest weight will win 1st Place, the catfish entry with the second largest weight will win 2nd Place, and the catfish entry with the 3^rd largest weight will win 3rd Place. In the case of a tie in weight, the length will determine the place/winner of the prize(s).  In case of a tie in length and measurement then a random drawing will take place between the two entries. The Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion to determine the lengths and weights of the fish, and the decisions of the Sponsors are final.

1^st  Place winner will receive a one thousand five hundred ($1,500) gift certificate to Gander Mountain.

2nd Place winner will receive a four hundred ($400) gift certificate to Gander Mountain.

3rd Place winner will receive a one hundred ($100) gift certificate to Gander Mountain.
